Mark Pyke Mark Pyke
President

As president of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Mark Pyke uses his extensive banking and financial expertise to generate strong business results for the wholly owned TSYS affiliate. Serving on the TSYS management committee, he brings more than 25 years of payments and financial services experience to the company.

Prior to joining TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Pyke served as president of Bank of America Merchant Services. He also previously held the title of chief operating officer and executive vice president for National Processing Company, and served as vice president and chief credit officer of NaBANCO Merchant Services — a division of First Data Corporation — along with a variety of other positions in the payments and financial services industries.

Pyke holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Dave Wood Dave Wood
Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer, Dave Wood is responsible for the day-to-day operations for TSYS Acquiring Solutions.

Before joining TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Wood served for 15 years as a senior executive with Bank of America and was last responsible for its BA Merchant Services operations in Louisville, Ky. Prior to Wood’s long-term tenure with Bank of America, he held management positions in operations with Bank One.

Wood has built his career on improving customer experience, lowering operating costs, and growing revenues.

Timothy Munto Timothy Munto
Group Executive, Sales and Client Relations

As a sales expert for the payments and banking industries, Munto brings more than two decades of experience to TSYS Acquiring Solutions. A proven leader and market specialist, Munto offers a distinguished background in sales and client relationship management with a track record for success in a wide variety of market verticals, including retail, petroleum, quick service restaurants, travel, and entertainment. His expertise in joint venture support and integration is a tremendous asset to TSYS Acquiring Solutions.

Munto most recently served as senior vice president and sales executive for Bank of America Merchant Services where he was responsible for delivering millions of dollars in sales. Prior to his five-year tenure with Bank of America, Munto also spent five years as senior vice president of merchant services for National Processing Company (NPC). He also served as senior vice president and general manager of national sales at NPC. Known for his keen relationship management skills, clients can see and feel the high value Munto places on every personal interaction.

Munto holds a master’s of business administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Wright State University.

Eric Barth Eric Barth
Chief Strategy Officer

Eric Barth became TSYS Acquiring Solution’s chief strategy officer in 2010. With two decades of experience, Barth lends his broad-based expertise in payments and processing to TSYS’ management team. With a keen eye for strategy and tactics development, Barth profitably drives the key market strategy and support initiatives of the company, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and pricing, and product, portfolio, risk, contract, and business management.

Barth most recently served as principal and co-founder of Payments Acquisitions Management LLC., a management consultancy firm for payments-related businesses. As senior vice president at Bank of America Merchant Services, Barth led the strategic divestiture of one of the industry’s largest ISO businesses. For more than ten years, he served as senior vice president for National Processing Inc. During that time he led the business’ execution of six acquisitions, resulting in a 400 percent increase in net income, and was the key architect of a strategy focus on small merchant providers.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stony Brook University and a master’s degree in finance from Georgia State University.

Olin M. Wise Olin Wise
Chief Information Officer

With more than two decades of IT experience as an integral member of TSYS, Wise was recruited to serve as Chief Technology Officer for TSYS Acquiring Solutions. During his TSYS tenure, Wise has delivered transformational results in Loyalty, Prepaid, and iSolutions. He uses his vast payments industry knowledge to seamlessly integrate technology solutions across the enterprise.

Prior to joining TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Wise was most recently responsible for guiding the strategic direction and maturation of distributed technology delivery throughout TSYS’ global affiliates and corporate headquarters. He was particularly instrumental in the transition of IT capabilities derived from corporate acquisitions into TSYS’ core service offerings.

Wise joined TSYS in 1985 following his graduation from the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate Bankcard School and has served on the eFinancial Enablers Council and the Columbus, Ga. Regional Technology Incubator board.

Ashim Banerjee Ashim Banerjee
Chief Technology Officer

Banerjee joined TSYS Acquiring Solutions as chief technology officer following the Infonox acquisition. In his role with TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Banerjee oversees the implementation of product and technology initiatives.

In the past eight years with Infonox, he was instrumental in helping the company transition from a custom, “build-on-demand” solution provider to a true “product solutions” company. Banerjee did so by managing the Infonox intellectual property strategy and obtaining a number of patents in the self-service and payments space.

Prior to joining Infonox, Banerjee utilized his electrical engineering skills in the laser physics and fiber optics fields.

Patty Bengtson Patty Bengtson
Chief Financial Officer

Bengtson joined TSYS Acquiring Solutions in October of 2005 and has responsibility for accounting, billing, business development, financial planning, reporting, and facilities.

Prior to joining TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Bengtson served as assistant corporate controller for Hypercom and has worked in various financial leadership roles for ConocoPhillips.

Bengtson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University and is a certified public accountant. She serves on the Board of Directors of W.net (Women Networking in Electronic Transactions) and is a mentor and active volunteer at Fresh Start in Phoenix.

Susan Sheen Susan Sheen
Chief Marketing Officer

Sheen currently serves as chief marketing officer for TSYS Acquiring Solutions. During her TSYS career Sheen has served in sales, sales strategy and product and relationship marketing. She is a distinguished President’s Circle winner from 2008 and graduate of the Leadership Institute.

Before joining TSYS in 1998, Sheen held positions with First Data Corporation ranging from sales and marketing, client relations, product management, strategy execution and was a member of the President’s Club. With her breadth of industry experience, she is known for her ability to deliver results to customers and the market.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska and has served as a United Way Loaned Executive and mentor within the community.
