TSYS Acquiring Solutions Signs Agreement with New England Bankcard Association (NEBA)

Tempe, AZ, June 13, 2006

TSYS Acquiring Solutions^SM, the preeminent supplier of acquiring solutions, related systems and integrated support services to the acquiring industry, today announced an agreement to provide merchant processing services for the New England Bankcard Association (NEBA).

NEBA is a credit card and merchant acquiring data processing company for financial institutions throughout the United States and Caribbean. NEBA, founded in 1969, is located in Wakefield, Massachusetts, and has programs operating in 48 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, Bermuda, Barbados and the Cayman Islands. NEBA provides processing solutions, operations management and outsourcing services.

The multi-year agreement is effective, February 1, 2006. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
